Amendments
To amend a booking you've made on our web site, you'll need to call us on 0871 360 2002 (if you are dialling from outside
the UK, call +44 1303 815424), quoting the booking reference you need to amend.
We don't charge any administration fees for amending bookings, unless the amendment causes a reduction in the original
number of rooms or nights booked (for hotel bookings only).
Cancellation Policy
Birmingham Airport Hotel Bookings:
Cancellations on the same day as booking - no charge, full refund. Thereafter £15.00 per room, per night. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the stay date/or after. Amendments will only incur a £15.00 fee if the change reduces the number of rooms or nights originally booked.
Birmingham Airport Parking Bookings:
Cancellations on the same day as booking - no charge, full refund, Thereafter £7.50 per booking (unless booking is less than £7.50 in which case the fee will be no more than the parking cost).
No refund for cancellations made on the day of travel or afterwards. No refund is available for unused part stays. There will be no charge for amendments.
